The wells will be designed in the field to monitor the uppermost aquifer with well screen <br /> lengths no longer than ten feet. Wells will be located as close to the waste piles as possible consistent <br /> with site conditions and at French Camp in general accordance with the revised plan submitted in the <br /> addendum.
