Development activities will be continued until
produced water appears to be sediment-free
3 6 GROUNDWATER SAMPLING PROCEDURES
• Ground water samples will be collected following initial development and purging of the ground
water monitoring well, and during succeeding ground water monitoring events
3 6 1 Monitoring Well Purge Procedures
The static water level will be measured to the nearest 0 01 foot in each well relative to the top of the
well easing using an electric water level indicator Following depth to water measurement, the well
will be purged using a bailer or submersible pump A minimum of three casing volumes of water
will be removed from the well Ground water stabilization parameters (temperature, pH and
conductivity)will be measured at regular intervals during purging if a well is purged dry prior to
evacuating three casing volumes, a ground water sample will be collected following 80 percent
recovery of ground water within the well,or more than one hour, but less than 8 hours after purging
3 6 Z Sample Collection
Water samples will be collected from the monitoring well using a new disposable polyethylene bailer
and placed into laboratory-supplied contalners Ground water samples for TPH-g, BTEX, and
Oxygenates analyses will be collected into 40-m1 VOA vials contarnwig 0 5 ml I8%hydrochloric
acid as preservative Samples for TPH-d analysis will be collected into 1-hter amber glass containers
Advanced GtoEavlronmental,Inc
