One metal 5-gallon bucket containing 0.5 gallons of solvent-based paint(433 W Scotts Ave) <br /> 2.Approximately three 1-gallon containers and three 5-gallon containers full of water-based paint <br /> 3.Approximately 120 4-foot long fluorescent tubes <br /> 4. 0.5 gallon of gasoline <br /> 5. one gallon of antifreeze <br /> 6.five gallons of lubricating or motor oil <br /> 7. two gallons of unknown liquid, possibly hydraulic oil <br /> 8. one lead-acid vehicle battery <br /> 9.five gallon bucket of"Stego Mastic" <br /> 10. 20 x 5 foot area of oily-water spilled on shop floor(east side of property) <br /> 11.five gallon bucket of"Dorus ND" liquid <br /> 12. one tower computer(shop area, east side of property) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste <br /> as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR). There are wastes that are listed as hazardous <br /> wastes. There are wastes that exhibit one or more of the hazardous waste characteristics:toxic, corrosive, <br /> reactive or ignitable. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for each waste , and manage it <br /> according to Title 22 CCR. Use Safety Data Sheets(SDS),waste sampling and test results or other knowledge to <br /> support your hazardous waste determination. Waste testing must be done using methods specified in Title 22 <br /> CCR including sections 66261.20-24. <br /> Submit a statement and supporting documentation with your hazardous waste determination. Demonstrate current <br /> storage and labeling for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes.
