General(heterotrophic, nonspecific)and selective(Gasoline specific) <br /> enumerations were performed,respectively,on Plate Count Agar(nutritionally complex)and 50%Bushnell-Haas minimal satts media supplemented with 2500 <br /> ppm gasoline,as the sole carbon source.
