The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ACME SAW & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY as of March11 2020 . <br /> Open violations from January 09 , 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #110 - Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION The following designated facility signed copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest ( UHWM) <br /> numbers were not found on -site : <br /> -003371078GBF (2/2/2017 ) <br /> -003434520GBF ( 8/ 18/2017) <br /> -003639937GBF (4/5/2018 ) <br /> -006046285GBF ( 11 /2/2018 ) <br /> -003733041GBF ( 8/3/2018 ) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262 . 23 (a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste . This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control ( DTSC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Locate a copy of the destination facility signed manifests and send a copy to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) . If the destination facility signed manifests cannot be <br /> found then send to DTSC a copy of each generator signed manifest and a statement that the designated facility <br /> signed copy was not received by the generator. Provide a corrective action statement to the EHD <br /> within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . <br /> OBSERVATION Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 1 /26/2017 , 2/24/2017 , 3/23/2017 , 4/21 /2017 , <br /> 5/ 19/20171 6/ 14/2017 , 7/ 11 /2017 , 8/9/20171 9/ 12/2017 , 10/ 10/2017 , 11 /9/20171 12/6/20171 1 /5/20181 2/ 1 /20181 <br /> 3/2/20181 4/27/2018 , 5/23/2018 , 7/ 18/2018 , 8/21 /2018 , 9/ 18/2018 , 10/ 16/2018 , 11 / 16/2018 , 3/ 19/2019 , 5/8/20191 <br /> 6/4/2019 for spent parts washer fluid were not found on site during the inspection . <br /> Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 1 /31 /2017 , 12/7/2017 , 8/ 16/2018 for used oil were not found on site <br /> during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts and maintain them on site. <br /> Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
