City of Manteca Required Notes <br /> • City of Manteca Inspectors: <br /> Glen Emerick 209 639 5964 <br /> Dave Livingstone 209 923 0528 <br /> • As required by the professional Land Surveyors'Act (business and <br /> professions code Sub-Section 8700-8805) Section 8771; prior to the start <br /> of construction, all survey monuments, within the project limits that <br /> have the possibility of being damaged or destroyed during construction, <br /> must be located, and referenced by a Licensed Land Surveyor, and a <br /> Corner of Record or Record of Survey shall be filed with the County <br /> Surveyor. If any of these survey monuments are destroyed, damaged or <br /> covered over during the course of construction, a new monument and <br /> monument box must then be set in its place, at the original location, by a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor, and another Corner of Record or Record of <br /> Survey filed with the County Surveyor. <br /> • All workers shall be equipped with reflective vests, hard hat, and 2-way <br /> radios. All flaggers shall also be equipped with R1-1 "Stop/Slow" paddle <br /> and shall be trained in the proper fundamentals of flagging traffic. <br /> • Contractor shall maintain/provide access to all driveways affected by the <br /> work area. <br /> • No work shall commence before 7:00 AM. <br /> • No work shall continue past 5:00 PM. <br /> • Contractor shall call at least two weeks in advance for any work during <br /> non-standard work hours and weekends. <br />
