The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ASAP CLEANERS as of March 27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 12, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> - One 55 gallon drum containing dry cleaning waste was observed with an illegible accumulation start date, no <br /> physical state and no hazardous property. This label was corrected on site by Eileen Prieto. <br /> - One 55 gallon drum containing dry cleaning waste was observed with no physical state and no hazardous property <br /> on the label. This label was not corrected on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
