Harlan Road, French Camp, CA <br /> On December 4th, 2015, we (Siegfried Engineering and Strandberg Associates) visited <br /> the facility located at 10182 S. Harlan Road in French Camp to provide a Title 22 <br /> Inspection of the Waste Antifreeze and Waste Oil Tanks. Our initial inspection revealed <br /> discrepancies listed in our preliminary report that has since been corrected. <br /> On January 11th, 2016, we made a follow up visit to confirm that the discrepant items <br /> had been repaired prior to the preparation of our final report. Attached you will find a <br /> wet stamped and signed copy of the Title 22 Inspection report signed January 19, 2016 <br /> prepared by Strandberg Associates in coordination with Siegfried Engineering, Inc. <br /> Please keep a copy of this report at your facility per the following Title 22 requirement: <br /> Chapter 14, Article 10 Tank Systems Section 66264.191: "the owner or operator shall <br /> obtain and keep on file at the facility a written assessment reviewed and certified by an <br /> independent, qualified professional engineer...that attests to the tank system's <br /> integrity." <br /> We trust this information will be helpful for the operation of this facility.
