The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for QUINTEROS AUTO REPAIR as of January30, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 18, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> Near the back shop: <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One white 35 gallon poly drum containing oily mop water had a hazardous waste label with the incorrect <br /> accumulation start date of December 2015 and the incorrect address of the generator. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
