3
104 – The modified contingency plan has been updated and posted.

117 – A written response to the 2016 inspection was faxed to Environmental Health in 2016. A copy was
shown to you at the time of the 2020 inspection.

303 – Fire extinguishers have been recharged.

403 – All lids on hazardous waste containers are kept closed. The five gallon bucket near the cleaning
machines has been replaced with a bucket that has a better fitting lid.

406 – This is a 30 gallon drum that has never had anything in it. When delivered there was less than a cup of
green liquid in it. According to Technichem, the company that provided the drum, the green liquid is a bio-
degradable soap from the cleaning process. The manager of Technichem said that if you had any questions as
to the nature of this soap you could contact him at 800-652-5455.

I requested this drum to have on hand should a filter fail and have to be replaced on an emergency basis. As I
understand it, your concern is that this drum has been on hand for more than 6 months and has not been
managed. How about if I remove that label, since there has never been anything in the drum? At such time as I
put a filter in it, I will label it accordingly.

601 – The 55 gallon drum has been picked up by Technichem.

The two five gallon containers of proplyene glycol have been sent to the Stericycle CESQG waste facility.

605 – All containers have been properly labeled.

Attached are the receipts from Stericycle and Technichem. All waste has been recycled with the exception of
the propylene glycol in item 102 and approximately 7 gallons of hydrocarbon fluid. Stericycle has a 26 gallon
limit, and I met that limit on my last delivery. I have been trying to dispose of this waste since February, and
my appointment was finally made for June 24. As soon as I am given another appointment, I will dispose of
the remainder.
