If greater protection is <br /> needed, off-sitz support equipped for the need should be <br /> considered. <br /> 4.11.3 Communication and Notification <br /> 4 .11.3.1 Communications <br /> Personnel will be familiar with protocol for contacting support <br /> groups and agencies identified in the ECR. Emergency numbers and <br /> phone locations will be }posted so that outside assistance can be <br /> requested. A vicinity map showing the location of rhe nearest <br /> hospital will also be posted. <br /> 4.11.3.2 Notification <br /> If the Emergency Coordinator determines that the site h,,is an <br /> uncontrolled situation such as an injury, spill, fire, or <br /> explosion which could threaten public health or the environment, <br /> he/she will report his findings as follows: <br /> Alert site personnel.
