N <br /> assess the magnitude and poten-tial seriousness of the release by <br /> reviewing the following information: <br /> Information regarding the material released such as <br /> material safety data sheets <br /> Source of the release <br /> An estimate of the quantity released and the rate at <br /> which it is being released <br /> Weather conditions which may influence the situation. <br /> The direction in which the air or liquid release is <br /> moving <br /> Personnel who may be or may have been in contact with <br /> material, or release, and possible injury or sick-ness <br /> as a result <br /> Potential for fire or explosion resulting from the <br /> situation <br /> Estimates of area under influence of release. <br /> If the release is determined to lie within the on-site emergency <br /> response capabilities, the Emergency coordinator will implement <br /> the necessary remedial action. <br /> If the incident results in chemical concentrations at the site <br /> r perimeter exceeding the action levels specified in the Health and <br /> Safety Plan, the Emergency Coordinator will notify the <br /> appropriate support agencies. The Emergency Coordinator may <br /> elect to make immediate notification if conditions warrant. In <br /> the event of an emergency release, all personnel not involved <br /> with emergency response activity will be evacuated from the <br /> immediate area. <br /> 4.11.5 Documentation <br /> If an incident occurs, the Field Supervisor will produce a report <br /> 4-36 <br />
