The site is not currently occupied, however, the previous <br /> occupants (Community Linen Services) are paying $ 8,000.00 a month in rental fees to the <br /> property owner. They are obligated to continue paying the rental fee until site mitigation <br /> issues have been resolved. <br /> If possible, please accompany telephone requests for documents and/or information with a <br /> written request.
