Also enclosed is a check for <br /> $430.00 made payable to the SJLHD to pay for the fees associated with the SJLHD <br /> Application for Permit to drill boreholes, and SJLHD consultation services. Both SJLHD <br /> permit/services applications are attached to the workplan under Appendices G and H, <br /> respectively. The City of Stockton Fire Department Permit application is presented in <br /> Appendix F of the workplan. It is AEMC's understanding that the City of Stockton Fire <br /> Department will issue their approval of the workplan following approval of the workplan <br /> by the SJLHD. <br /> AEMC looks forward to the SJLHD's timely review of the enclosed workplan.
