REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION <br /> SD-94-3 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by <br /> Section 9-1120. 2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145. 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $1, 999 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required <br /> for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation <br /> or 15% at the time of renewal for mobilehome on temporary <br /> foundation. (The fee currently is $366.48 per multi family dwelling <br /> unit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 .5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the <br /> program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> NOTE: The new address for the second unit dwelling is 2215 East Ninth <br /> Street, Stockton. <br />
