(The fee currently is $366.48 per multi family dwelling <br /> unit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 .5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the <br /> program.
