Conduct a records search to identify: <br />a) Past and present handling methods for all facility <br />wastestreams; <br />b) All suspected or actual disposal sites for hazardous <br />wastes at the facility, both past and present; and <br />c) The types and quantities of hazardous wastes handled <br />and/or disposed of at the facility, both past and <br />present. <br />2. Based on the information gathered in item 1, prepare a <br />sampling plan to: <br />a) Identify contamination in soils, ground water, and <br />surface waters on-site; <br />b) Delineate the areal and vertical extent of any soil and <br />ground water contamination and; <br />c) Define local hydrogeological conditions. <br />The subject report was submitted in response to this request. I <br />reviewed the report and in general, the response we received is <br />deficient in that: <br />1. The entire facility was not considered in the investigation. <br />
