The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BRANNON TIRE - CLAREMONT as of March 13 , 2020 . <br /> Open violations from January 27 , 2020 inspection <br /> records on former employees for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility . <br /> Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section . Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) within 30 days . The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics , date of training , job title , name of employee , and employee signed (or certified ) record that documents the <br /> training . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #122 - Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 8/ 12/2015 within 30 <br /> days . The written response was due by 9/ 11 /2015 and was not received until 10/ 15/2015 . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a) of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report , or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require , which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator, for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency , the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br />
