Inspection (Written Response)
122: I am aware that we were late with our response last year. Moving forward we
will be responding within 30 days.
502: We have contacted Strangberg and Associates and Phil Lang with Air and
Lube Systems. They are coming out this month to get our location in compliance
with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements.
507: I am aware that we have failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous
waste tank systems and maintain records onsite. We now have a current record
sheet that will be used daily to maintain records onsite.
605: I am aware we have failed to completely label containers of hazardous waste,
we have labeled the containers and all management is aware and will make sure
the containers are labeled with an accumulation start date.
608: We have talked to our staff and management team and have made sure that all
oil and fuel filter containers properly stored in the 55-gallon drum and to not be
overfull. We have also discussed that all drums will have the accumulation start
dates labeled.
