The major tasks are identified <br /> below and our approach to these tasks is present in the following sections: <br /> • Records Review and Site Visit <br /> • Health and Safety Plan <br /> • Geophysical survey <br /> • Soil Sampling. <br /> 2.1 RECORDS REVIEW AND SITE VISIT <br /> We will visit the site and review construction plans, chemical use data, waste generation data and <br /> observe work practices to determine the need for and location of the soil sampling. Information <br /> sources reviewed prior to preparation of this work plan include: <br /> • Geologic and hydrogeologic information for the site area. <br /> • State, local, and federal agency databases regarding hazardous <br /> substances and sites lists, contaminated groundwater wells, and <br /> superfund sites in the area of the site. <br /> • Chemical usage and waste generation information. <br /> 3 <br />
