Scotts Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA - <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (E,HD) is requesting concurrence <br /> with a "no further action required" (closure) determination from the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board. Prior to a closure/no further action required letter being provided <br /> to you, the monitoring wells installed during the site investigation must be destroyed under EHD- <br /> permit and inspection. After reviewing the data on these wells, MW2 and MW7 must be drilled <br /> out and grouted. Wells MW1, MW3, MW4, MW5 and MW6 can be pressure grouted with the <br /> required below surface cut off and mushroom cap as stated in the San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards. Any deviations from the well standards must be justified.
