Immediately locate a copy of all bills)of <br /> lading or manifests for lead acid batteries for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#117- Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on 7-28-2015 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 8-27-2017. An <br /> incomplete return to compliance statement was received on 9-17-2015. An operator that receives an inspection <br /> report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions <br /> taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
