Condor has collected confirmation samples following <br /> several stages of excavation. Laboratory analytical results indicate the cleanup goal has been achieved for <br /> all subparcels (Figures A and B, Attachment A). The grading plan for the project calls for a cut condition <br /> on the western portion of the site and a fill condition on the central and eastern portion of the site. The <br /> Proponent requests DTSC concurrence to resume and complete rough grading operations for the site.The <br /> rough grading plan calls for additional cut on the western portion of the site and fill for the remainder of <br /> the site. <br /> Additional deildrin-impacted soil removal was completed Monday,November 18 and temporary dieldrin <br /> haul routes crossed subparcels that remained to be stripped. Confirmation samples were collected after <br /> equipment finished excavating and crossing the remaining subparcels. Additional confirmation samples <br /> were collected from 5 feet northwest and 5 feet southeast of the intersection of subparcels C10, 11, 16, <br /> and 17 (C10-E and C17-E); from 5 feet northwest and 5 feet southeast of the intersection of subparcels <br /> C 14, 15, 21, and 22 (C 14-E and C22-E); from the temporary haul route crossing subparcels C41 and C39 <br /> (C41-DHAUL and DHAUL); and from the haul crossing of subparcel C1 (CI-E) (Figures A and B, <br /> Attachment A).
