Serve of California. <br /> Additionally, I was not aware of any other soil being added to <br /> the pileluntil informed by yourself. There were thirteen (13) <br /> loads @ 15 cubic yards each, transported to Forward Inc. on .: <br /> December ' 14 , 1993 for <br /> ;,disposal as Class II Non-Hazardous Waste as <br /> indicated by manifests submitted to your office. If there were <br /> six (6) drums added, it would be difficult to recognize the <br /> appearance of that volume relative to the original quantity.
