PHS/EHD has prepared the following comments for your <br /> consideration. <br /> The work plan proposed to install one additional monitoring well in a downgradient, <br /> southeastern,location in relation to the former underground storage tanks general location. <br /> While this monitoring well is warranted, additional monitoring wells will be necessary to <br /> investigate the extent of contamination evidenced in monitoring wells MW2 and MW3. <br /> The well survey which PHS/EHD requested in correspondence dated June 24, 1994 was not <br /> included in the work plan.
