The Site is bounded by residences to the west and south, 2nd Street to the north and South Stockton Avenue to the east. The surrounding land use is mixed residential and commercial. Site History/Assessments In March 1991, soil contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, six monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly.
