The plan posted included <br /> outdated and inaccurate information for emergency coordinators, listing Solve One and Allen Faass. Solve One is a <br /> call center and Allen Faass is no longer the site contact. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the <br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at <br /> the facility. Neither of the emergency coordinators listed (Solve One and Allen Faass) meet the definition of an <br /> emergency coordinator per 22 CCR 66265.55. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise.
