CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-68 <br /> ROBERT CHINCHIOLO, ETAL <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PIIBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, <br /> a Record of Survey is required. (New legal description <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office for review) . <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . PIIBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) ; state specific repairs. <br /> Upgrade present system to meet 85 employee demand. The 1991 <br /> Environmental Health Division septic permit was not <br /> completed or finaled and has expired. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for <br /> at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100 . <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (San <br /> Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4207) . Destroy <br /> 12" abandoned agricultural well next to existing <br /> agricultural well near proposed lot line. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer licensed to practice land <br /> surveying. (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, <br /> 1982 , are not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br />
