Violation 102 – The steam indicator tape safety data sheet (SDS) (attached) that was provided to me at the time <br />of inspection is different than the SDS you refer to in your compliance paperwork. The attached SDS states the <br />indicator tape contains lead. Is the tape containing lead still being used? If yes, submit the hazardous waste <br />determination for the tape containing lead, and demonstrate current labeling and storage for this waste if it is <br />determined to be hazardous. <br />2. Violation 605 – As explained at the time of inspection, the words “Most In One” alone do not accurately <br />demonstrate the composition (contents) of the hazardous waste being stored. Explain how the hazardous waste <br />labels with “Most In One” as the composition (contents) will be changed to accurately reflect the waste being <br />stored. <br /> <br />Kaiser Manteca Medical Office Building: <br />1. Violation 605 – As explained at the time of inspection, the words “Most In One” alone do not accurately <br />demonstrate the composition (contents) of the hazardous waste being stored.
