Training Requirements. <br /> The SSO will conduct a pre-site training session which will include all points of <br /> MSDS forms, contaminant properties, warning signs, health hazard data, risk from <br /> exposure, and emergency first aid The SSO will assure that everyone fully <br /> understands site hazards <br /> Medical Surveillance Program <br /> According to CFR 29, 1910120, Paragraph (f), employees who wear respirators <br /> 30 days or more during one year or who have been exposed to hazardous substances <br /> or health hazards above established permissible exposure limas are required to be <br /> monitored medically All site personnel will be required to have had a complete <br /> chemical physical within the past year <br /> Record Keeping <br /> Documentation will be kept on personnel exposed to contaminant hazards on <br /> the lob site according to OSHA regulations These will include documentation that <br /> employees have received training on the SSP, respiratory protection, MSDS forms, <br /> and all emergency procedures These will be reviewed during the pre-site training <br /> meeting <br /> 11 of 12 <br />
