Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must,be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to -an, above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the <br /> above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze <br /> the contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific test <br /> requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> e. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> f. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning <br /> construction if the fuel storage tanks are going to be underground. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
