(Resolutions R-90304 & R-91-1025) <br /> b. The driveway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> C. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Streets <br /> and Highway Tale Section 10-3103) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently <br /> is $221.26 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Service Commercial' <br /> If no building permit is required, the fee will be exempt The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percenL An additional 3.5 percent <br /> shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. Also, include a 100 percent expansion area- <br /> b. <br /> reab. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system. (California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603) <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated,the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> e. Submit four sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to construction if the fuel storage tanks are going <br /> to be underground <br /> f. If floor drains are required for the existing shop and/or future truck wash, they must be <br /> plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above-ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. If the above-ground holding facility has to be emptied,the contents <br /> will have to be analyzed for any hazardous material. Specific test requirements can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. <br />
