The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a M3 , <br /> Agricultural Building, occupancy to an B2 , Processing <br /> Plant, occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502) . The structure <br /> must be brought into compliance with all current code <br /> provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy and handicap requirements. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall <br /> of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or <br /> exceed standards published in Public Work design standards <br /> (Sec. 10 . 203 UFC) . The access road must be fully improved to <br /> these standards prior to any final inspections. <br /> JH/as <br />
