Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Development Services Division: <br /> a. All operations shall occure in the 60 foot by 47 foot <br /> building shown on the site plan. <br /> b. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> C. The only signage allowed shall be a monument sign. <br /> d. Sound levels generated by the proposed use shall not exceed <br /> 65 db Ldn at the property line. <br /> e. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises, with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> f. A trash enclosure is required. <br />
