Prior to baling, loose newspaper must be handled in such <br /> a manner that it does not create a nuisance. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed use will change the occupancy from M3 , <br /> Agricultural Building, occupancy to a B2 , <br /> Processing Plant, occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502) . <br /> The structure must be brought into compliance with <br /> all current code provisions including structural, <br /> plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and <br /> handicap requirements. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R. , <br /> Title 24) <br /> C. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. The road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed standards published in <br /> Public Work design standards. (Section 10. 203 UFC) The <br /> access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br />
