❑ SITE PLAN CHECK LIST - SITE APPROVAL The site plan should be drawn on an 18 " x 24" or 18 " x 26" sized reproducible material . 1. ❑ Names , addresses and telephone numbers of owner, applicant and person preparing the site plan. 2 . ❑ Names , addresses and telephone numbers of utility companies that would serve the site including water supply and method of sewage disposal . 3 . ❑ North point, date of drawing and scale. Use an engineer ' s scale (i .e. , 1" to 101 , l" to 301 , etc ) . The site plan should be oriented so that the direction of north is to the top of the plan. 4. ❑ Location, names and widths of all streets and recorded ease- ments bordering on the property with access details. If adja- cent to a specific plan street, future widths must be shown. 5 . ❑ All property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimen- sions. 6 . ❑ The type of development (e.g. , vacant, residential, etc. ) should be identified for all adjacent properties . Show distance of nearest structures on adjacent properties from project property line. 7 . ❑ A vicinity map showing the location of the property in rela- tion to surrounding streets . 8 . All existing structures located on the property and the loca- tion of any proposed structures with dimensions, square footage and distances from other structures and property lines . Any existing structures planned for removal should be shown with dashed lines . The use and number of floors should be labeled on each structure . 9 . ❑ The location, dimensions and number of all off-street parking and interior drives with type of surfacing. Handicapped parking should be shown. Calculations indicating the number of required spaces must be shown. 10 .0 The location of the water well and septic system with adequate expansion area shown, if applicable . If public water and/or sewer will be utilized, a "will-serve" letter from the serving entity. ll.E] Landscaping, existing and proposed and trees 6" or greater in diameter .
