The storm water retention pond shall be gated and <br /> fenced as specified by the Department of Public Works . <br /> All fence details shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> e. At a minimum , sixty-two (62) parking spaces shall be <br /> provided for the project . The location of all parking <br /> spaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> f . All lighting in parking areas and for security purposes <br /> shall be hooded and directed to prevent glare onto <br /> Hardaway Road , Fairchild Lane , State Route 88 and <br /> adjacent properties . Lighting standards shall be <br /> limited to 20 feet in height in any passenger car <br /> parking areas , but may be as high as 35 feet in truck <br /> loading areas . <br /> g. One wall or monument sign may be installed on Hardaway <br /> Road , in accordance with Section 9-3606 of the Planning <br /> Title. The location and details shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> h. Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. As an alternative , <br /> three copies of a separate landscape and irrigation <br /> plan shall be submitted to the Director . In either <br /> case , landscape details shall include a key showing <br /> size , type , number and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings . Details of an automatic and timed sprinkler <br /> system shall be shown. All approved landscaping and <br /> sprinklers shall be in place prior to issuance of an <br /> occupancy permit . <br /> At a minimum , a ten ( 10) foot wide landscaped area <br /> shall be planted along the frontages of Hardaway Road , <br /> Fairchild Lane , State Route 88 and along the northern <br /> 180 feet of the western property line. As an <br /> alternative to landscaping the portion of the storm <br /> water retention pond which front on Fairchild Lane and <br /> State Route 88 , the applicant may landscape the south <br /> side of the pond . If this alternative is chosen , pond <br /> fencing details shall be as specified by the Department <br /> of Public Works . Any proposed changes in the <br /> landscaping plans shall be submitted to the Director <br /> for approval . <br />
