SA- 89-22 Page Five d . The storm water retention pond shall be gated and fenced as specified by the Department of Public Works . All fence details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. e. At a minimum , sixty-two (62) parking spaces shall be provided for the project . The location of all parking spaces shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. f . All lighting in parking areas and for security purposes shall be hooded and directed to prevent glare onto Hardaway Road , Fairchild Lane , State Route 88 and adjacent properties . Lighting standards shall be limited to 20 feet in height in any passenger car parking areas , but may be as high as 35 feet in truck loading areas . g. One wall or monument sign may be installed on Hardaway Road , in accordance with Section 9-3606 of the Planning Title. The location and details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. h. Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. As an alternative , three copies of a separate landscape and irrigation plan shall be submitted to the Director . In either case , landscape details shall include a key showing size , type , number and spacing of all proposed plantings . Details of an automatic and timed sprinkler system shall be shown. All approved landscaping and sprinklers shall be in place prior to issuance of an occupancy permit . At a minimum , a ten ( 10) foot wide landscaped area shall be planted along the frontages of Hardaway Road , Fairchild Lane , State Route 88 and along the northern 180 feet of the western property line. As an alternative to landscaping the portion of the storm water retention pond which front on Fairchild Lane and State Route 88 , the applicant may landscape the south side of the pond . If this alternative is chosen , pond fencing details shall be as specified by the Department of Public Works . Any proposed changes in the landscaping plans shall be submitted to the Director for approval .
