(AGE) has prepared this work plan for the destruction of ten (10) <br /> single-completed ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-8 and DPE-1 and <br /> DPE-2)at 15615 South 7th Street, Lathrop, California(site).Wells MW-2, MW-7, and MW-8 <br /> are located off-site towards the south and southeast within the City of Lathrop Right Of <br /> Way(ROW); wells MW-1 and MW-3 are located at the southern edge of the site but within <br /> the City of Lathrop ROW; and the remaining wells are located on the site. The site and the <br /> surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1. Structures, soil borings, and well locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 2. This work plan was prepared in accordance with Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites and in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) Standards For Well Construction and <br /> Destruction. Additionally, the work plan was prepared as required for procurement of a City <br /> of Lathrop encroachment permit. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> A total of ten (10)shallow ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-8 and DPE-1 <br /> and DPE-2) have been installed on-site and off-site as part of the ongoing subsurface <br /> investigation and remediation at the site. Well construction details are summarized in <br /> Table 1. Based on historical analytical data and the total depths of the wells, AGE <br /> proposes to over-drill all the wells associated with the subsurface investigation at 15615 <br /> South 7th Street, Lathrop CA (former Langston's Market). <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Stockton.
