Demolition permit has been acquired from San Joaquin County Building Department. Public Health Services - Environmental Health Department will be notified 48 hours prior to demolition start-up. May 159 1995 Site preparation and mobilization of equipment to excavate the contaminated soil per WHF Work Plan dated October 25, 1994. USA will be contacted five days prior to excavation activity. Public Health Services - Environmental Health Department will be notified 48 hours prior to commencement of the actual excavation. June 15, 1995 Completion of remedial excavation and site restoration. Classification on soils and groundwater to be evaluated during this period. A complete report and disposition alternatives will also be developed during this time period. June 30, 1995 Final report to San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Department. July 5,p 1995 Work Plan for reestablishment of monitoring wellS destroyed during remedial excavation activities. July 30, 1995 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report for second quarter of 1995. Supplemental data on new monitoring well included. September 15, 1995 Phase II Remedial Investigation Work Plan or Request for Closure of site a8er four quarterly monitoring events demonstrating the impact has been mitigated to the regulatory agency's satisfaction. Note: All activities will be conducted in accordance with all regulatory rules and current regulations. All work performed will be under the supervision of a California State Registered Professional.
