� t <br /> (� PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 15615 S. SEVENTH STREET, in the City of LATHROP (APN 196-250-52) on <br /> the corner of Seventh Street and "L" Street, has been reviewed by <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of f <br /> hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of. the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Utility Planning Counter at City Hall, 16775 Howland Road, Lathrop <br /> and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, <br /> during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written <br /> request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not <br /> received by PHS/EHD by December 30, 1994, the tentative decision <br /> shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 .
