SEVENTH STREET, in the City of LATHROP (APN 196-250-52) on
the corner of Seventh Street and "L" Street, has been reviewed by
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of f
hazardous substances which contaminated the site due to
unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks
(UST) which were located on the property.
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative
determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and
Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not
create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the
benefits to be gained from cleanup of. the contamination.
The corrective action plan is available for public review at the
Utility Planning Counter at City Hall, 16775 Howland Road, Lathrop
and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California,
during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written
request by any member of the public for a public hearing is not
received by PHS/EHD by December 30, 1994, the tentative decision
shall become final on that date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to
PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 . Questions regarding the
specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to Michael
Infurna, RENS, at (209) 468-3454 .
E
i
Dated: December 12, 1994
By: Donna Heran, REHS
Director
a
r
!y
Z
I
y
F
k
3
f
a
