Seventh St. , Lathrop, CA. <br /> Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit No. 95-1 <br /> Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> Enclosed, for your files , is a copy of Industrial Wastewater <br /> Discharge Permit No. 95-1 issued to SEMCO for pretreatment and <br /> discharge into the POTW of up to 200 , 000 gallons of groundwater, <br /> from Langston Arco; 15615 S . Seventh Street, Lathrop.
