The total cumulative discharge into sewer system shall not <br /> exceed 200 , 000 gallons. <br /> 2. Permit Expires T5", U , 1996 . <br /> 3 . This is a temporary permit issued for a term of six (6) <br /> months. The term of the permit will be considered for extension <br /> in six (6) month increments upon receipt of a written request <br /> from the applicant. The applicant may also request, in writing, <br /> an increase in the total discharge. Approval will be contingent <br /> upon San Joaquin County Health District' s continuing approval of <br /> the remediation plan, and applicant' s compliance with permit <br /> conditions. <br /> 4 . The WQCF Superintendent, or his designee, shall be permitted <br /> access to groundwater remediation facilities at any time for the <br /> purpose of sampling or testing for pH. <br /> 0 <br /> 5. Maximum temperature of discharge 150 F. <br /> 6 . Wastewater shall not be discharged from a storage tank into <br /> the sewer system until the following occur: <br /> a. A sample from the tank is analyzed and is found to conform <br /> with the following: <br /> Contaminant Results <br /> Benzene ND <br /> Toluene ND <br /> Ethyl Benzene ND <br /> Xylene ND <br /> Gasoline ND <br /> Lead 0 .25 lbs/day (Shall not exceed) <br /> PH 5 .5 - 11 <br /> b. If contaminants comply with a. above, the City of Manteca <br /> Wastewater Superintendent must be notified prior to discharging <br /> tank to the sewer.
