The FS included a request for site
closure. The EHD evaluated the request and concluded that since significant
information was not included in the FS, you were required to submit the missing
information to the EHD by March 11, 2011, so that the closure evaluation could
continue. This information has not been submitted.
The EHD has contacted your consultant and has agreed to an extension to July 6, 2011
for the required information. Please have the report containing the information
requested in the EHD correspondence dated January 13, 2011 on Geotracker by this
date. Please include the groundwater sampling data collected from the surrounding
water supply wells, also detailed in the January letter.
The EHD has been contacted by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)
Clean Up Fund (CUF) to verify closure eligibility of the site. The EHD has informed the
CUF that upon submittal of the requested information, the closure evaluation may be
continued.
Thank you for your continued cooperation in investigating and evaluating your site.
Please contact Michael
Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454 if you have any/questions.
Michael J.
