Seventh St . , Lathrop, CA. <br /> Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit No .95-1 <br />' Dear Mr. Martin: <br /> Enclosed, for your files , is a copy of Industrial Wastewater <br /> Discharge Permit No . 95--1 issued to SEMCO for pretreatment and <br /> discharge into the PCTW or up to 200 , 000 gallons of groundwater <br /> from Langston Arco, 15615 S . Seventh Street, Lathrop.
