' PERMIT NO. 95-1 <br />' CONDITIONS : (Page 1 of 2 ) <br /> 1 . The Langston Arco discharge to the POTW is sub3ect to the <br />' prohibitions and conditions contained in City of Manteca <br /> Ordinance No . 644 (Copy Attached) . <br />' 2 . The total cumulative discharge into sewer system shall not <br /> exceed 200 ,000 Hallons . <br /> 3 . This permit expires February 28 , 1996 . <br />' 4 . This is a temporary permit issued for a term of six (6) <br /> months . The term of the permit will be considered for extension <br />' in six (6) month increments upon receipt of a written request <br /> from the applicant. The applicant may also request, in writing, <br /> an increase in the total discharge . Approval will be contingent <br /> upon San Joaquin County Health District ' s continuing approval of <br /> the remediation plan , and applicant ' s compliance with permit <br /> conditions . <br /> 5 . The City of Manteca and/or City of Lathrop, shall be <br /> permuted access to the site at any time for the purpose of <br /> inspecting, sampling, or testing the proposed discharge . <br /> 6 . Maximum temperature of discharge 150 F . <br /> 7 . Wastewater shall not be discharged from the storage tanks <br /> into the sewer system until the following occur: <br /> a. A sample from each tank is analyzed and found to conform with <br />' the following : <br /> Contaminant Results <br />' Benzene ND <br /> Toluene ND <br /> Ethyl Benzene ND <br /> Xylene ND <br /> Gasoline ND <br /> Lead 0 . 25 lbs/day (Shall not exceed) <br /> pH 5 . 5 - 11 <br /> b. If the contents of the tank (s) comply with a. above, before <br /> discharging notify the City of Manteca Wastewater Quality <br /> Control Facility by calling Mr. Warren Shannon, City of Manteca <br /> Wastewater Superintendent, at (209) 239-8433 . He may verbally <br /> approve discharge , or request to inspect the facility and sample <br /> and test the effluent before approving discharge. <br />
