16475 TIDE ROAD Project No.2019-00072 Page 13 <br /> According to the San Joaquin County District Viewer web site,3 the subject property is zoned AG-40. <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A,Plate 1 and 2. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> The property currently consists of 0.94 acres of undeveloped land. The project proposes to build a <br /> four-bedroom, three-bath, single family manufactured home with an onsite septic system and new <br /> domestic well. <br /> 2.0 CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SOIL <br /> 2.1 Chemical and Physical Soil Properties <br /> The site is depicted on the Geologic Map of the San Francisco-San Jose quadrangle4 and falls within <br /> the Modesto Formation (Plate 3, Appendix A) herein called Qm.
