As per Health and Safety Code <br /> division 20, chapter 6.75, section 25299.37.1 each UST site must be tested for MTBE <br /> before either the Regional Water Board or local agency can issue a closure letter. <br /> Please be aware that appropriate detection limits must be utilized during these analyses. <br /> PHSIEHD approves the work plan as outlined above, pending receipt and approval of <br /> Figure 4, the well construction diagram. Please submit a copy of Figure 4, a boring - <br /> permit application signed by the licensed C-57 contractor who will be doing the work and y <br /> the required $89.00 permit fee to PHSIEHD.
