A <br /> work plan to assess the vertical and lateral extent of contamination at this site was <br /> requested to be submitted to PHSlEHD by April 16, 1999. To date, this office has <br /> received no work plan. <br /> In a telephone conversation on May 4, 1999 PHSlEHD was informed by Stockton <br /> Terminal & Eastern RR (STE) that they were awaiting notification from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Clean Up Fund that their site had been accepted to the priority <br /> list before they began any assessment work. PHSlEHD informed STE that preparation <br /> of the work plan should be done concurrently with application to the Fund. <br /> Please submit the requested work plan to PHSlEHD by July 2, 1999. Include in the work <br /> plan a site specific Health and Safety Plan and a well survey that documents the location <br /> of all domestic, agricultural, domestic, municipal and other wells within a 2000 foot <br /> radius of the subject site.
