Technically, you were
still on quarterly during nearly all of the quarter anyway. with my June 30 letter
stated "starting 4th 2009", you really didn't go to semi-annual until 3rd quarter. so
go ahead and submit the full QMR for the 2nd. it'll be the last quarterly you submit.
the way I see it, the 3rd -2009 will be your first non sampling quarter and only the
brief letter report is due and it is to contain the 3 items above. your choice HOW
you submit it. IF IN the remediation report, you can help by naming the report in
such a way I know your gw non sampling status info is in it.
clear?
From: Eric Muehlberger [mailto:EMuehlberger@deltaenv.com]
Sent: Tuesday, July 14, 2009 8:27 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: Quarterly report
Mike,
Just so I don't stay in my constant state of confusion. I am to submit a quarterly report each quarter that
reviews the system O&M, correct? Since 1 have groundwater data for the 2nd quarter, 1 should go ahead
and submit a full quarterly report this time, correct? The third quarter will only be for O&M and the 4th
quarter will be inclusive of groundwater and O&M. I am thinking clearly here?
Eric W.
