Particulate matter emissions shall not exceed 0.1 grains/dscf in concentration. [District Rule 420 11 <br /> 5. Either the VOC control efficiency shall not be less than 95%,or the total VOC emission rate shall not exceed 2 pounds <br /> in any one day. [District Rule 2201] <br /> 6.
