This work was requested by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Division(County).
Please note that this pre-approval is contingent upon you being accepted into the Fund and receiving a
Letter of Commitment. This pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: necessary
corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for
reimbursement at costs consistent with those pre-approved in this letter.
All costs for corrective action must meet the requirements of Article 11, Chapter 16,
Underground Storage Tank Regulations in order to be eligible for reimbursement.
COST PRE-APPROVAL BREAKDOWN
# Task Amount Pre-. roved Comments
Based on the estimate submitted by
1 Problem Assessment Report $7,130 Applied Earth Sciences
Note: The amount pre-approved is based
2 on the estimate submitted by Advanced
GeoEnvironmental.
